SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note that, due to the handmade nature of our pieces, colors and patterns may vary. 

Every piece is made by hand and no two piece are equal.

Our artisans are located in the rural area of Colombia, South America, so the pieces will travel a long way to reach your doorstep. Please keep in mind the following timings while ordering your LATIDO piece.  

 

Ready-made piece from our catalog would take:

  • 3 business days for your order to process prior to shipment

  • 5-7 day for local delivery within the U.AE 

  • 2 weeks to be delivery to other countries . – *This service is not available at the moment.

 

A co-created piece, would take:

  • 3 business days for your order to process prior to shipment

  • 2-3 weeks to handmade your piece (depending on the complexity of the piece). We will let you know how long the artisan would take to made your piece. We will provide you weekly updates.

  • 2 weeks to be delivered within the U.A.E 

  • 2 weeks to be delivery to other countries . – *This service is not available at the moment

SHIPPING POLICY​

Due to the current worldwide situation, we currently offer shipping only to the United Arab Emirates at a rate of AED20 per order.  We will let you know once we can deliver the pieces worldwide and the applicable fees for each zone. 

Customers are responsible for all custom paperwork and/or duty fees within their own countries. We typically declare packages at $10-$20 values to avoid any additional import taxes. If you have any specific request, please send us a email at hellolatido@gmail.com

RETURN POLICY​

  • All Sales are Final so please read carefully the descriptions, piece info section and  review product photos. If you’ve made a mistake on your order, please contact us at hellolatido@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed we will do our best to help you with an exchange, not a refund.

 

  • No Returns or Exchanges, it is very challenging to accept returns or exchanges as our artisans are based in rural areas  of Colombia, so logistically speaking this is a very complicated process.  If you are completely unsatisfied with your product, please contact us at hellolatido@gmail.com.

 

  • LATIDO is not responsible for missing packages. We cannot replace items once a tracking number is provided. 

 

  • LATIDO is not responsible for damages that may occur by customs agents. 

 

  • Camera straps are handmade items and are designed to be fashion accessories. We do not specialize in professional camera gear or equipment so use them at your own risk with supplementary support.
